Package Pricing Starting at $3000
This package is for those that want to have an experienced planner by their side throughout the planning and execution of their wedding. We work closely with you to plan, design, and coordinate your wedding from start to finish.

Our collaborative planning process ensures that all vendors are on the same page and provide a cohesive design that reflects your vision.

This package offers direction on design details and focuses on developing a cohesive experience for guests. This creates peace of mind throughout your wedding planning process and on the day of your wedding.

Package Pricing Starting at $1500
This package is for those that want to plan the details of their wedding themselves but want to remain stress-free leading up to saying "I Do"!

Why not Day-Of Coordination? We want our couples to be provided with all of the tools they need to successfully plan their wedding. This allows us a smooth transition when we take over the to-do list 30 days before "I Do"!

This package is best for those that will have all of their vendors in place and design details in place before handing over the reins. Couples selecting this package should be able to provide a smooth transition from planning to handing the details over to a wedding professional.

Why High Cotton?
There are no do-overs when it comes to your wedding day. Just like you hire professionals for home repairs, health care, fitness, and more - you should hire a professional that lets you actually relax and enjoy your wedding day while you know it's all being taken care of. Brandy, High Cotton's Founder and Lead Planner, is a UNCW Alumni and Certified Wedding Planner. Anyone can say they plan weddings, but Brandy actually has the certification and expertise to do it well.

How do you bill for your services?
We charge a flat rate for our services and never restrict the amount of phone/email communication that is allowed. To retain our services, 50% of the total is due up front to reserve your date. You are welcome to pay the full balance up front, make monthly payments, or split the total into two payments with the final payment being due 30 days prior to the wedding date. We want to be sure you feel involved in the planning process and schedule meetings throughout to make sure everyone is on the same page. 

Where do you plan weddings?
We are based in North Carolina and most of our weddings occur in The Carolinas, but we cover all of the East Coast of the United States! If you are outside of the area and interested in planning services, please inquire for custom pricing - We love to travel! :)

What is the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Venue Coordinator?
The definition may vary slightly depending on your venue, but venue coordinators are only concerned with happenings inside of their venue. This may include managing food service, set up and breakdown of venue-provided items, and any logistics directly relating to the venue.

Wedding planners that work outside the venue have the client's best interests in mind, not the best interests of a particular vendor. We work in conjunction with venue coordinators to make sure every aspect of your wedding is cared for in the way YOU want it. This results in making your wedding more stress-free for everyone and allows each vendor to focus on what they do best!

Do you offer design only services?
Design is an integral part of our Full Planning + Design package. Design is just part of the overall guest experience. This package allows us to communicate your design vision to all of the vendors for your wedding. Our detailed design services encompass more than just colors and centerpieces. As part of our Full Planning + Design package, you get a Professional, Certified Wedding Planner by your side throughout the planning process, as well as a thorough design plan including color palettes, mock designs, floorplans, inspiration, fabrics, communication of aesthetics with vendors, and more!

Is this your full-time job? What is your response time?
Yes, Planning is my full-time job. :) I'm dedicated to my clients and have crafted the planning process to benefit the planner-client relationship. I do have specific business hours to protect time with my family, but you can always expect a timely response.

How do I get started with the planning process?
First, fill out our contact form below! We will be in contact with our Experience Guide that introduces you to our Founder and Lead Planner, Brandy. You will also receive detailed information on our services, what it's like to work with us, and examples of work we have done in the past. We will then schedule a complimentary consultation to learn more about you as a couple and the plans you have for your wedding. Following the consultation, you will receive a custom proposal for your wedding. Upon signing the contract and paying your retainer, you're welcomed into the High Cotton Family!

Our planning tools are virtual so you can plan from anywhere!
Gone are the days where you need to carry around a huge binder and 6 wedding planning books. High Cotton is dedicated to making wedding planning easier for those with other commitments that can make planning a wedding difficult. Meetings can be done virtually to accommodate busy schedules or those that are planning from other states. If you're one of those people that cringe when the phone rings, but lights up at the ding of a text message - we get it! Your wedding planner is always a text away to ask questions, send inspiration photos, or send updates!

EVERY High Cotton Client receives access to our online planning tools! 
Our online planning tools are powered by Aisle Planner. These online planning tools will make all of your wedding planning dreams come true! With this platform, you and Brandy can communicate your vision to make sure everyone is on the same page.
